Teriyaki Hake

Ingredients:
1 packet Granja del Sol battered hake filets
2 Tbsp. corn or sunflower oil
1 cup soy sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar
½ cup white wine
1 packet Granja del Sol Wok Flavours Vegetables
Fresh sprouts to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat up an oven sheet and bake the Granja del Sol battered hake filets. Leave to cool and cut them into strips.
In a frying pan heat at low temperature the soy sauce. Then add the sugar, the white wine and cook until it boils down.
Incorporate the hake strips and cook them for a few minutes.
In a hot wok stir fry the Granja del Sol Wok Flavours Vegetables.
Serve the fish with the sautéed vegetables and sprouts.
