Stuffed Lasagne

Stuffed Lasagne
Ingredients:1 package Matarazzo Lasagne x 500 grs.4 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. onion

600 grams minced meat

3 tsp. oregano

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1 Tbsp. flour or corn flour

20 pieces of fresh bocconcino mozzarella

20 cherry tomatoes

2 cups tomato sauce

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste



Chop the onion and fry lightly in a skillet with a drop of olive oil.  Add to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, minced parsley and oregano. You may also season with red pepper flakes or paprika. If desired.

Stir in a teaspoon of corn flour or flour so as to thicken the mix. Make little meatballs and set aside in the fridge for an hour. Brown them in a skillet with some of olive oil.

Pour some tomato sauce over a baking sheet; fill in with lasagna noodles, place over the meatballs, the cherry tomatoes and the pieces of boconccino mozzarella.  Make another round until complete the first layer. Once again, more tomato sauce, noodles and some stuff until finish.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese and some pieces of boconccino. You may also replace the boconccino by cheese, if desired.

Bake until cook au gratin.
