1 packet Exquisita Strawberry Gelatine
500 cc milk
500 cc dairy cream
150 grams strawberries
Cover a rectangular pudding mould with cling film and set aside.
Heat the milk; once it boils pour it over the gelatine powder and stir thoroughly until no lumps are left. Incorporate the cream and the strawberries cut into four or two parts depending on their size.
Stir well and tip the mixture into the mould.
Chill for 3 hours at least.
To remove, cover the mould with a rectangular dish or platter and turn it around. Carefully, take the mould and the cling film out.
Cut into portions and serve with more fresh strawberries and, if you desire, with some strawberry sauce on top.
