1 packet Granja del Sol Classic Breaded Soybean
½ cup tomato sauce
4 slices of ham
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. oregano soup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cook the Granja del Sol Classic Breaded Soybean on a very hot sheet pan with not fat until they are half cooked.
Remove from the oven and turn around.
Cover each breaded soybean with tomato sauce, and then place the slice of ham and the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Sprinkle with oregano and take to the oven to broil.
Before serving, season with some freshly ground pepper and a little bit of olive oil.
