4 Tbsp. Arlistán cappuccino
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 scoops white chocolate ice-cream
1 cup cold water
Ice to taste
In the blender combine the ice, the cappuccino, the sugar, the water and the scoops of ice-cream.
Mix until well blended and chilled.
Serve in glasses.
The glasses may be garnished with dark brown sugar on the brim for a better presentation.
Water may be replaced with milk to get a more creamy texture.
