Rice with green beans

Ingredients
300 grams Gallo Largo Fino rice
250 grams Plain green beans cut into julienne
250 grams smoked bacon
Oil
1 chopped onion
2 chopped leeks
250 grams mushrooms
100 cc white wine
Salt and pepper
30 grams butter
Directions:
Step 1
Simmer the green beans in a pan with wáter and salt. Once they are tender, strain and cool under water. Set aside.
Step 2
Set apart 4 bacon strips, remove the fat from the rest ones and chop them. Brown in a saucepan, add the onion and the leeks and cook until they are transparent. Stir in the mushrooms cut in four pieces and cut until they change their colour. Spray with the wine and cook until the alcohol is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
Simmer the rice in a saucepan with water and salt. Once it is al dente, strain and mix it with the mushrooms. Set aside.
Step 4
Brown the remaining bacon strips. Melt the butter and heat up the green beans. Transfer in four dishes a base of green beans and top it with a portion of rice. Decorate with the brown bacon strips.
