Peas and Green Beans Stew

Peas and Green Beans Stew

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sunflower or corn oil

2 onions

1 packet Granja del Sol Peas

1 packet Granja del Sol green beans

1 cup dairy cream

4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Ground nutmeg to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

4 eggs

200 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

Chop the onion and fry lightly in a heated saucepan with a bit of oil. Tip the peas and the green beans in and cook for a few minutes.

Pour the dairy cream, blend and cook until it reduces. Set the saucepan apart and add the grated parmesan cheese. Season with ground nutmeg, pepper and a pinch of salt as it already has the parmesan cheese.

Transfer the preparation to individual pots, make a well in the middle and break one egg in each one. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and more parmesan cheese. Take it to the oven to cook au gratin.
