Granja del Sol potato and cheese croquettes to taste
Mashed aubergine to taste

Hummus to taste

Cream cheese in cubes to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Heat up a baking sheet and bake the Granja del Sol Swiss chard, broccoli and potato and cheese croquettes. It is not necessary to add any grease!!
To make the finger food, set out the croquettes over a plate or tray.
Top some of them with a bit of mashed aubergine and chives; other ones with a bit of hummus; and others with cherry tomatoes mixed with cheese and basil seasoned with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil.
