Mostachol with beef stew

Mostachol with beef stew

Ingredients:

1 package Mostachol

1 onion

1 red pepper

1 carrot

500 grams veal meat

1 canned tomato sauce

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

½ Tbsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. oregano

 

Directions:

Chop the onion, the red pepper and the carrot in small chunks and fry lightly in skillet with a drop of olive oil. Cook for some minutes.

Add the veal meat previously cut into cubes and brown with the vegetables.

Stir in the tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper, some paprika and the oregano.

Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

If the meat is too tough, let it cook for a little more time. If necessary, pour out some more water.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant boiling salted water.

Strain and serve very hot with the sauce.
