1 Packet Exquisita Raspberry Gelatine
1 litre water
250 cc dairy cream
25 grams sugar
Choose the Exquisita Gelatine flavour. Tip the contents into a bowl; add half litre of boiling water and stir until it is completely dissolved; incorporate half litre cold water, stir and pour the preparation into moulds previously wet in water.
Take them to the fridge until they completely solidify. Cut the gelatine and the fresh fruits into cubes. Transfer the gelatine and the fruits to a serving glass and decorate on top with sweet whipped cream.
You can also place the preparation on a big bowl to share it in a family meal.
