Husked rice bars with granola, honey and apricots

Ingredients:
300 grams Gallo husked rice
800 grams granola
100 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams flax seeds
200 grams dried apricots
1 ½ cup honey
Directions:
Cook the rice following the package directions. Strain and cool down. Stir in and mix the granola, the seeds, the chopped apricots and the honey.
Spread gently the preparation over a baking sheet with silpat or baking paper, and a drop of olive oil. Mash and bake for about 15 minutes, until the preparation is dry and crispy. Remove from oven and, while still hot, cut into bars and let them cool down.
These bars are an ideal and nutritive afternoon snack for your children at school!
