Hake in papillote

½ cup vegetables stock
1 packet Granja del Sol Hake filets
1 packet Wok Flavours Vegetables Granja del Sol
2 Tbsp. chopped herbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cooking foil
Directions:
Stir the stock with the wine and set aside. Cut a rectangle of cooking foil or wax paper and brush it with a bit of oil.
In the middle, place the Granja del Sol Hake Filets and on top of them the Granja del Sol Wok Flavour Vegetables and the chopped herbs.
Fold the borders of the paper, add the liquids and season with salt and pepper. Wrap it up with the cooking foil so the juice remains inside and the vapour is gathered. Bake at high temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.
