Gratin chicken medallions

Gratin chicken medallions

Ingredients

1 packet Granja del Sol Chicken Medallions

3 Tbsp. sunflower or corn oil

½ packet chopped onion

½ packets Granja del Sol Spinach

1 cup white cream sauce

2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Directions

In a preheated oven, half bake the Granja del Sol Chicken Medallions in an oven sheet without adding any grease. Stir fry the onion in a heated saucepan with a bit of oil.

Once it gets transparent, stir the Granja del Sol Spinach in, cook it for a few minutes more and then turn the heat off.

Once it is warm, mix it with the white cream sauce and the grated parmesan cheese. Add pepper and just a pinch of salt as it includes parmesan cheese. Pour part of the filling over the chicken medallions and cook au gratin.
