2 onions

2 Tbsp. corn or sunflower oil

1 packet Granja del Sol Home-baked Breaded Soybean

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 Tbsp. oregano

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Shred the onion and stir-fry it into a heated frying pan with a bit of oil until the onion becomes transparent and tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the Granja del Sol Home-baked Breaded Soybean in a baking sheet without any grease, until they are half cooked.

Stir the grated mozzarella cheese with oregano. On top of the breaded soybean place the sauté onion with the cheese on top.  Bake at high temperature for 5 – 7 minutes until it is au gratin.
