Fish Stew

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion
1 packet Mixed Vegetables Salad
1 cup mashed tomatoes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chilli flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 packet Granja del Sol Hake Filet
Chopped parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the onion into cubes and stir fry it in a heated pan with a drop of olive oil. Once it gets transparent, incorporate the mixed vegetables salad and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the mashed tomato, season with the paprika, the chilli flakes and the dry oregano. Cook for 7 minutes more.
Cut the Granja del Sol Hake Filets into cubes of 2 cm each side. Tip them into the pan, stir well and cook in a low temperature for 12 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve with a bit of chopped parsley.
