3 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. chopped garlic

1 onion

1 plum tomato

1 cup mashed tomato

2 tsp. chilli flakes

2 tsp. oregano

2 Granja del Sol Hake Filets

½ cup vegetables stock

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat up a casserole or a heavy-based saucepan, drop a bit of oil, add the onion and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the garlic and blend. Grate the tomato and tip it in with the tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and dry oregano. Blend. Add salt and pepper to the Granja del Sol Hake Filets and place them in the casserole on top of the vegetables. If necessary pour out some water or stock. Steam the fish with the casserole covered. 2 minutes before it is ready, tip the Granja del Sol Spring Vegetables in and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
