Cupcakes with chocolate chips

Ingredients:
1 packet Exquisita Specialities Cake Sponge with chips
2 eggs
200 cc milk
100 grams butter
Muffins moulds
1 packet Exquisita Specialities Nougat Chocolate Cream Mousse
200 cc milk
Directions:
Heat the oven at 160° for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, the milk and the butter previously melted and cold. Add the contents of the Exquisita Specialities Cake Sponge with chips. Stir the ingredients and beat for 3 minutes with an electric beater or for 5 minutes manually.
Tip the mixture into the muffin moulds and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a skimmer comes out clean and dry. Set aside to cool.
Tip the contents of the Exquisita Specialities Nougat Chocolate Cream Mousse into a bowl, add cool milk and beat until the mixture becomes a consistent foam. Pour it into a pastry bag with a curly tip. Top the cupcakes with the mousse making cones. Sprinkle with colour grana*, chocolate chips, pieces of cookies, coloured glace, melted chocolate or anything you like!
(*) Grana: A kind of small sweet grains used to decorate cakes
