½ cup Gallo Oro Rice
2 plum tomato
50 grams ham
3 Tbsp Sunflower or Corn oil
Chop the onion and stir fry in saucepan with sunflower oil until it gets transparent. Add the grated tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
In a saucepan with oil or butter brown half banana.
Cook the Gallo Oro Rice following the instructions of the packet. Grill the ham. Serve the rice with the tomato sauce, the coriander, the fried banana, the grilled ham and with one fried egg.
You can also side the dish with some onion rings already browned and fresh coriander leaves.
