Corn Soufflé

Corn Soufflé


4 bread slices

½  cup milk

½  cup dairy cream

1 packet Sweet Corn Granja del Sol

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs


Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the bread into cubes and soak them in milk. Stir in the dairy cream, the Granja del Sol Sweet Corn and half of the grated parmesan cheese.

Stir the eggs and add them to the mixture. Add salt and pepper.

Butter and sprinkle with a bit of parmesan cheese the individual oven dishes. Pour the mixture into the dishes until it covers ¾ of them. Bake them in a pre-heated oven until golden brown.
