Chocolate and Strawberries Napoleon

Ingredients
2 pie crusts
Sugar to taste
Butter to taste
1 packet Exquisita Chocolate Custard
200 cc milk
2 cups strawberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 orange juice
Impalpable sugar to taste
Mint to taste
Directions
Pre heat the oven at medium heat or at 180 degrees.
Place the crust in an oven sheet previously buttered. Cut rectangles of 8 cm of length and 5 cm of width. Brush it with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake until it browns. Take it out from the oven; place it over a rack and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, tip the contents of the Exquisita Chocolate Custard packet into a pan and gradually pour the cool milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is uniform.
Cook over low heat stirring constantly until it thickened. Then let it boil for one minute.
Transfer the preparation into a bowl; cover it with a cling film and fridge for 4 hours at least.
Cut the strawberries into thin layers and macerate them for 15 minutes with sugar and orange juice.
Finally build the napoleon based on a layer of crust, then spread a bit of the Exquisita Chocolate Custard and cover it with a layer of the macerated strawberries. Repeat the process once more and on top of it add a layer of custard.
Serve with a spoon of the juice taken from the macerated strawberries and mint. Sprinkle with impalpable sugar.
