1 plum tomato
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro soup
1 lemon juice
2 Tbsp corn or sunflower oil
1 packet Granja del Sol Wok Flavour Chicken and Vegetables
4 tortillas (Mexican flat bread)
4 Tbsp. cream soup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the avocados into halves and remove its stone carefully. Using a tablespoon remove the pulp, place it in a bowl and smash it with a fork until you get a rough puree, that is, with pieces of avocado.
Cut the tomato in small cubes and mix with the avocado. Incorporate cilantro, barely chopped, better if done with your hands! Spray with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Cook Granja del Sol Wok Flavour Chicken and Vegetables in a hot wok with a little of oil.
Cool and place some of the mixture on the tortilla, together with a generous tablespoon of the avocado mixture, cream cheese and more chopped cilantro.
