Chicken pie and Curried Vegetables

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 packet Granja del Sol Wok Flavours Chicken and Vegetables
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. cream cheese or dairy cream
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. chopped herbs
2 units pastry snack
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat up a wok with a bit of oil and cook the Granja del Sol Wok Flavours Chicken and Vegetables. Then add the chopped green onion and the cream cheese or dairy cream and cook it for 3 minutes.
Add the curry powder and blend. Season with the herbs and set aside to cool.
Grease individual crockery moulds or clay pots oven, place part of the preparation inside them and then cover with a pastry snack.
Poke with a fork so the vapour flows and the pastry doesn’t break.
Bake at high temperature until the pastry browns.
