½ cup grated parmesan cheese
50 grams grated mozzarella cheese
50 grams blue cheese
1 packet Granja del Sol Chicken Medallions
Olive oil to taste
Dry oregano to taste
Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes and tip pinto a bowl. Add the grated parmesan cheese and the blue cheese crumbled with your hands. Season with pepper and oregano. Blend well.
Half cook the Granja del Sol Chicken Medallions in a heated oven sheet, without any grease. Turn them around and top them with the cheese mixture. Take it to the oven again until it is completely cooked and au gratin.
Take it out from the oven and spray with olive oil. Serve with a green salad.
