1 packet Chard Granja del Sol
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Add oil to a heated frying pan and fry lightly the chopped onion. Once it is warm, stir it in a bowl with the Granja del Sol Chard, the eggs and the grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat up the frying pan, spray with a bit of oil and pour out the mixture. Stir and cook for a few minutes and then leave it over a medium temperature until it browns. Carefully turn the Spanish omelette upside down so it browns on the other side. It can be eaten at any time, whether it is hot or cool.
