3 Tbsp. sunflower or corn oil
1 packet Granja del Sol Wok Flavours – Vegetables
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
150 grams blue cheese
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
250 grams ricotta
1 pie crust
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
For the filling, heat up a frying pan with a bit of oil and stir fry the Granja del Sol Wok Flavours.
Tip it into a bowl and mix it with the diced mozzarella cheese, the shred blue cheese, the toasted and chopped almonds and the ricotta.
Add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over half of the pie crust and fold it from the middle so it looks like a big empanada.
Bake at a high temperature until the crust is cooked and golden brown.
