1 Packet Exquisita Vanilla Cake Sponge

3 eggs

220 cc milk

180 cc coconut milk

180 cc condensed milk

180 cc dairy cream

180 cc milk

Butter (for the baking sheet)

Flour (for the baking sheet)


Heat the oven at 160° for 15 minutes.

Butter and flour a baking sheet of 24 cm diameter and 8 cm height. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the milk. Add the contents of the Exquisita Vanilla Cake Sponge packet and blend well. Beat during 3 minutes with an electrical beater or 5 minutes manually. Pour the preparation into the baking sheet and bake it for 60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean and dry. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool and remove.

In a saucepan pour the milks (milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and dairy cream). Heat gently until it boils stirring with a spatula or wood spoon until it becomes uniform.

Use a skewer or a toothpick to poke around the sponge surface and drop part of the hot milk preparation. Once it soaks up drop some more liquid. Repeat this process until there is no milk preparation left and the sponge is soaked. Leave to stand for 1 hour. Cut into portions and serve with fresh berries.
