1 packet Exquisita Specialities Brownies
70 grams butter
1 Tbsp. water
Butter to taste (for the mould)
Wax paper to taste
Chocolate chips ice cream to taste
Dulce de Leche* ice cream to taste
Strawberry ice cream to taste
Pre heat the oven at 160° for 15 minutes.
Butter a rectangular oven sheet of about 30 cm x 40 cm and 5 cm height; cover it with wax paper and butter it again so later will be easier to remove the brownie.
Tip the eggs and the cool butter previously melted into a bowl and stir. Add the contents of Exquisita Brownies Packet and the water and stir until the consistency is uniform. Pour the mixture into the sheet and bake. When you take it out from the oven, the middle should be moist and it should be 1 cm tall, as it will be cut in the middle when preparing the sandwich.
Take it out from the oven, leave to cool and remove.
Cut the brownies with the chosen cutting shapes. Place a base of brownie, fill it with a generous layer of ice cream and finally cover it with another layer of brownie.
Take it to the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until the ice cream gains consistency again.
Carefully remove from the mould and keep them in the freezer until the moment of serving.
