1 packet Exquisita Specialities Chocolate Brownies
1 Tbsp. water
70 grams butter
24 ice cream sticks
(*) Grana: A kind of small sweet grains used to decorate cakes
Water the ice cream sticks in a bowl filled with water for 24 hours.
Heat the oven at low temperature or at 16° for 15 minutes.
Tip the eggs and the cold butter previously melted in a bowl and blend. Add the contents of the Exquisita Brownies packet and the water. Blend until the mixture is uniform. Pour the mixture into individual silicon moulds, filling 1/3 of them. Bake for 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven and insert a stick in the middle. Wrap the rest of the stick with cooking foil in order to prevent them from burn out.
Bake again for 5 minutes more, to complete the baking.
In case you don’t have the silicon moulds, you can replace them by muffins moulds previously buttered and floured; the essential thing is that they must be deep enough to introduce the stick. Take them out of the oven and leave for 5 minutes to cool and then remove.
Decorate the lollipops with dulce de leche*, coloured grana**, cereals and obviously with lots of chocolate!
