Aubergine Millefeuille

Ingredients

1 ½ packet Granja del Sol home-baked Breaded Soybean

2 aubergines

4 Tbsp. olive oil

2 cups cream cheese cut into cubes

3 cups tomato sauce

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Directions:

Bake the Granja del Sol Home-baked Breaded Soybean on a baking tray without any grease.

Cut the aubergines lengthwise, in thin layers and grill them in a heated griddle. Inside a baking sheet with high edges display the Granja del Sol Home-baked Breaded Soybeans. Top them with a layer of aubergines, then a layer of cream cheese cut into cubes and finally with a bit of tomato sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Repeat the process to complete the sheet. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and cook until it is au gratin.
