The Young Professionals Program lasts for ten months with a prospect of permanent employment. The recruitment is made throughout the year.
Buenos Aires, 9 March 2015- Molinos Río de la Plata launches the first edition 2015 of its Young Professionals Program with a view to find and employ young people who are talented and passionate on what they do, in order to train them as future leaders of our organization.
Molinos offers a specific training scheme so that our young collaborators can acquire an integral knowledge of our business and experience our company’s culture while they work for us.
In line with its commitment in the development of students and professionals that are in the onset of their careers, this program is aimed at recruiting young people up to 27 years old, graduated (within the past two years) or undergraduates who are nearly to graduate in Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Economic Sciences, Human Resources or with any similar degree. Applicants must have a good academic average, but no previous job experience is required.
The Program lasts for ten months with a prospect of permanent employment in all businesses and branches all around the country through indefinite employment contracts. Throughout the year, Molinos Río de la Plata organizes several recruitments according to the different posts available in the different departments. In this first edition of the year, we will be recruiting engineers who would like to work in the industrial area, as well as applicants to jobs in the commercial area.
Valeria Aldao, Head of Employment, Training and Corporate Development, said: “This year we will be organizing our young professionals program for the third consecutive year with a level of satisfaction of 100% according to our collaborators. Among the activities they are involved in, they highly value the possibility of knowing and understanding the magnitude of Molinos’ businesses as well as the possibility of interacting with the different areas and key Managers so as to make strategic decisions for the company. The program turns out to be a tool that allows them to build networks inside the organization, fostering a spirit of collaboration and team work”.
