The aim of Molinos Commitment Program is to provide the healthcare professionals with valid, scientific and reliable information about nutritional facts, advantages and benefits of our products.
In 2015, we carried out different actions in the frame of the Molinos Commitment Program aiming to provide information with scientific validity about nutritional facts and benefits of our products to health professionals.
We participated for the first time in the International Congress about Nutrition: “XVII Congress of the Latin America Society for Nutrition in Dominican Republic. Carbohydrate: A nutritional look. Strategies for its incorporation on a healthy diet”. Mrs. Nora Engo explained in detail the importance of the glycemic index (GI) when choosing carbohydrates.
We also participated on the XX Congress of Nutrition, “The science of nutrition, the way for a sustainable world”, presented by the Argentine Society of Nutrition (ASN) in the city of Mar del Plata. In a stall of our own, we presented a symposium dedicated to communicate the importance of the glycemic index and the benefits of the bread wheat.
