OUR GOALS: To find and hire young people who are talented and passionate. We are looking for people who can help drive change in order to train them as future leaders of our organization. To offer a specific training plan so that our young collaborators can acquire the knowledge of our business/company and experience its business culture to then facilitate their insertion at Molinos.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: The program lasts for ten months with assignments to actual posts and indefinite employment contracts. Given the dynamics of the program, four groups will be organized during the year in order to give you the possibility to apply as job vacancies appear.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROFILE: Ages 26 and under University degree completed (within the past two years) or nearly completed (no more than three classes pending). Degrees: Engineering (Agronomy, Food, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, IT), Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Economic Sciences (Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics), Human Resources (or similar degree). GPA of at least 3.33. No previous job experience required.
